The Blackwood Cavatina

This parlor size guitar is very special. The African Blackwood back and sides are a highly sought after member of the rosewood family. The soundboard is Carpathian spruce. Some elegant details include the stylized side port, the Paua abalone around the top and the back of the body, as well as in the rosette, headstock and the vine on the fingerboard. The woods chosen on the neck are figured mahogany and figured maple with African Blackwood layers. Gotoh 510 tuning machines and an Ameritage hardshell case are included. $8900.
